Gaming is a broad term covering all forms of video entertainment, whether on computers, consoles or mobile devices.

It is primarily associated with video games of various genres, from role-playing Andrew adventure games to shooters or sports games.

VR - virtual reality - on the other hand, is an advanced technology that allows users to interact with virtual worlds using special devices, allowing people to dive into three-dimensional environments.

Gaming and VR become not only entertainment tools, but also powerful research tools to explore various aspects of human behaviour, brain functioning and social interaction. They can be used e.g. in experiments related to stress, anxiety and trauma, rehabilitation, therapy or education.

In addition, thanks to developing artificial intelligence, various game-related (and non-game-related) studies can be designed better, improving the work of researchers, as well as helping achieve better results in the creation of the experimental environment itself.
